If a disputable situation arises on a payment card, you need to write an application at any branch of the Bank.
If it is not possible to apply to the branch and if the list of disputed documents attached to the application does not exceed 10 MB, you can send an application for a dispute by remotely filling out the points below and attaching the required documents.
Note: Only disputed situations listed (indicated) in the application form for a disputed situation are accepted for remote consideration
