So, how to open a special account with ATFBank?

IF YOU ARE A CURRENT CUSTOMER OF ATFBANK:

via the mobile App:

Current Bank Customers can open a special account in ATF24 Mobile App:

- Login with your username and password
- Go to “Products” section
- Click on “Open a special account”
- Confirm, by clicking on “Open”

After that ATF24 will send you a confirmation code and the account will be opened. A twenty-digit combination with the account number (IBAN) is easy to find in the section with the account details, it should be specified in the application for social benefits.

IF YOU ARE A NEW CUSTOMER OF ATFBANK:

via the Bank website:

- Click on the link https://atfbank.kz/phys/services/spetsialnii-schet-dlya-posobii-i-viplat
- Send a request using the “Submit a request to open an account right now” form.

So, your request gets to the Contact-center, later the Bank employee will contact you to clarify the necessary data, initiate the account opening process and send a SMS-message with the number of the opened special account.

via the Contact-center:
- сall the toll-free-number 2424 from your mobile phone
- tell the consultant your full name, IIN and your mobile phone number
- wait for the SMS-message with the number of the opened special account.

To receive social payments and benefits, ATFBank recommends using a special account - money from it cannot be written off in payment of taxes or other liabilities incurred by the account holder. In this case, ATFBank does not charge a fee for its opening and maintenance, as well as for cash withdrawal.
