Telephone Fraud Alert

Dear Customers,

ATFBank’s security service has been recording frequent telephone fraud attempts using our customers’ bank cards. This is why we would like to kindly remind our customers to observe the safety rules when using a bank card and remain vigilant!

ATFBank cards are effectively protected by 3D Secure technology, so the risks of fraudulent card transactions are possible only when users share confidential information with cybercriminals, even if the cardholders do it unconsciously.

It is important to know that even if you receive a phone call or message from the bank’s phone number containing any offer whatsoever, our employees will never ask you for card details. Please remember: you should never tell the callers your bank card details, its number, expiration date, CVV / CVC codes, passwords, PINs and codes from SMS or push notifications.

If you happen to deal with a “false employee” of the bank who will call to warn you about an allegedly suspicious transaction on your card or under any other pretext, we strongly recommend not to take any actions proposed by the attackers, stop the conversation and not call back to that phone number. In such cases, please contact the call center of the bank by dialing the phone numbers indicated on your bank card by typing them manually.

These simple steps will be sufficient to protect yourself from scammers and keep your money!
