Since 2004, ATFBank has sponsored the Association of Parents of Children with Disabilities (APCD), supporting the creation of a rehabilitation center for children and youth with disabilities.
Currently, APCD unites 537 families raising children with congenital cerebral palsy and severe physical and mental development disorders.
The Center provides services to children and young people, where they are provided with a full range of special rehabilitation, pedagogical and correctional services by highly qualified specialists. Every month ATFBank transfers a certain amount to the APCD aimed at treating and educating children and teenagers at the Center. All classes and medical assistance are free. For the convenience of visiting the Center, visitors are provided with unimpeded access for wheelchairs. ATFBank financed the construction of a specialized elevator (completed in 2009).
The center works in several directions:
elementary preparatory school;
correctional assistance: teachers, speech therapist, psychologist, household adaptation;
creative activities: vocal, painting, modeling, applied art, theater;
physical rehabilitation: exercise therapy, massage, exercise machines, functional biocontrol, micropolarization.
In October 2014, as part of the 10th anniversary of cooperation between ATFBank JSC and the Association of Parents of Children with Disabilities. (APCD), the Bank held an exhibition of the creative workshop "Special Art", which featured collective works of young people with disabilities. All funds raised at the exhibition were used for development of creative potential of APCD children.
For several years APCD has been supported not only from the Bank's own funds, but also with the active involvement of employees in the life of APCD. For example, employees annually form a basket of New Year's gifts for APCD students and personally congratulate children on the New Year.

One of the Bank's important projects is cooperation with AIESEC, an international youth organization, which started in 2007. ATFBank is aware of the importance of professional and personal growth of the young generation and in every way contributes to its development. We contribute to the development of talented youth by supporting the organization and actively participating in educational projects for students and graduates.
AIESEC is the world's largest student association, founded in 1948 and is currently represented in over 1,600 universities in 107 countries. The organization enables young people to discover and develop their leadership potential to make further positive contributions to society.
KazEU named after T. Ryskulov
Since 2005, ATFBank has been providing sponsorship support and opportunity to the best students of KazEU named after T. Ryskulov to undergo internship. Sponsorship applications are submitted each fall.
This sponsorship program is intended for 4th year students of the specialties “Finance” and “Accounting and Statistics”. Under this program, the best 4 students will receive financial support in the amount of 200,000 tenge, as well as undergo a 4-month internship at the Bank.
Sponsorship and charity
On June 1, branches of ATFBank congratulate children on the holiday - Children's Day, 2009 was no exception. Employees of Almaty regional branch made a charity trip to orphanages in Karakastek village and Taldykorgan. The purpose of the trip was to congratulate the children on the holiday and to present gifts. Kokshetau branch together with the CBO in Shchuchinsk joined the regional campaign. On this occasion, more than 200 children with disabilities from rural areas, Kokshetau Medical and Social Institution, as well as orphans from other regions of the country came to the children's camps in Borovoye to celebrate the Children's Day. On Children's Day, Semey branch held a charity event at School Garden 14. Children were presented with sports equipment - balls, hoops, badmintons. Astana branch congratulated children at the Central Park of the city, 1000 juices and balls with bank logos were distributed to the children, in addition, the branch congratulated the children of the correctional school, giving them educational games. ATFBank JSC Pavlodar branch held celebrations at the Samal children's rehabilitation center. An exhibition "All Children are Loved, All Children are Equal" was also organized in the building of the branch. In honor of the holiday, employees of ATFBank Kyzylorda branch provided sponsor support to the boarding school for children with disabilities.
In May 2009, on the eve of May 9 - Victory Day, ATFBank congratulated its depositors-veterans, as well as persons equal to them - participants of the labor front and prisoners of fascism, and transferred a cash bonus to their personal accounts. Also, ATFBank annually provides charitable financial assistance to the Veterans' Councils and the Associations of Labor Front Participants and Prisoners of Fascism, this year assistance was provided to the following organizations:
· Almaly District Council of Veterans;
· Almaty Council of the Disabled and Veterans of the Navy War;
· Almaty city branch of a public association, Organization of Veterans of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
· Kazakhstan Association of Former Prisoners of Fascism;
· Medeu District Council of Veterans;
· Council of Almaty Group of Panfilov Veterans;
· United Council of War Veterans - participants of the assault and capture of Berlin.

In 2005, a Memorandum of Cooperation was concluded between the University and ATFBank. Every year KazEU students undergo practical training and internships at the Bank. In 2008, ATFBank established monthly scholarships for the six best students of the University. In autumn, a ceremony was held to award plastic cards to these students to receive their scholarships.
The Bank became the general sponsor of the first and unique edition on ancient coins of Kazakhstan. The book is published in three languages: Kazakh, English, Russian, and is designed for a wide range of readers, historians, archaeologists and all fans of the history of ancient Kazakhstan.
In 2007, the Board of ATFBank JSC decided to continue providing charitable assistance to the Association of Parents of Children with Disabilities. For the third year, ATFBank has taken patronage over ARDI, which receives monthly financial assistance for the organization of medical and educational processes for children with disabilities.
In 2007, the second stage of the first Kazakhstan round-the-world sailing expedition "Terra Vita" organized by the Central Asian Geographical Society started. The Board of ATFBank JSC made a decision to prolong relations, thus ATFBank is the Main Sponsor - the official Bank-partner of this project for the second year already.
In May 2006, on the eve of the Great Victory, ATFBank provided financial support to six Councils of Veterans and Disabled Veterans of the Great Patriotic War in Almaty.
In May 2006, ATFBank sponsored the Kazakh Economic University named after Turar Ryskulov to hold the "First Ryskulov Readings".
In April 2006, ATFBank became an official partner bank in a round-the-world sea expedition project organized by the Central Asian Geographical Society.
The Board of ATFBank JSC decided to continue supporting the Association of Parents of Children with Disabilities in 2006. The Bank provided computer equipment to equip the training center of the Association.
In November 2005, ATFBank sponsored the ALE “Association of Financiers of Kazakhstan” to hold the V Congress of Financiers of Kazakhstan.
In September 2005, ATFBank sponsored the V International Conference of Professional Securities Market Participants.

In August 2005, ATFBank provided computer equipment to 23 organizations and individuals as charity aid.
In May 2005, on the eve of the 60th anniversary of the Great Victory, ATFBank transferred bonuses - ten thousand tenge each - to the accounts of the Great Patriotic War participants with active savings accounts with the bank. Veterans can use the bonus at any time. ATFBank also provided financial support to the Councils of Veterans and Disabled Veterans of the Great Patriotic War of various districts of Almaty, Astana, Atyrau, Karaganda, Kostanay, Pavlodar and Uralsk.
In February 2005, ATFBank JSC acted as the general sponsor of the II Central Asian Forestry Forum "Integration and Innovation Opportunities of the Timber Processing Industry in the 20th Century "
In January 2005, ATFBank was one of the sponsors of the 10th Central and Eastern European Investors Forum in Vienna.
With the financial support of ATFBank, the prestigious independent award "Tarlan" took place in January 2005.

In July 2004, ATFBank provided charitable assistance to the Almaty Council of Disabled and War veterans of the Navy in honor of celebration of the Day of the Navy.
On June 1, 2004, International Children's Day, ATFBank provided charitable assistance to Children's Home No. 1 by donating 12 large colorful carpets that will decorate all groups of the orphanage and create an atmosphere of home comfort and warmth.

In April 2004, in honor of the 59th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War, ATFBank provided charitable assistance to the Organization of Veteran Defenders of the Hero City of Leningrad, the Medeu District Council of War and Labor Veterans, the Almaty City Council, and T. Begeldinov International Charitable Fund.
In March 2004, ATFBank JSC provided financial assistance to nursery school No. 325 by transferring a computer.
In 2002, ATFBank provided financial assistance to the Public Association "Society of Pensioners of Astana City" for holding charity lunches for 180 low-income pensioners in the amount of 7 300 800 (Seven million three hundred thousand eight hundred) tenge for 1 year.
ATFBank provides comprehensive financial support to the people with disabilities, sick children and poor. In particular, in 2001, within the framework of the 10th anniversary of Independence of Kazakhstan announced by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, yearly financial assistance in the amount of 8,424,000 tenge was provided to the Astana Akimat which organized charitable dinners for low-income pensioners and the disabled people.
